Ms Caglin is a former teacher and curriculum specialist in the Saint Lucia Ministry of Education. She led the Saint Lucia Education Innovation Lab initiative and is now the Saint Lucia Coordinator and overall Project Administrator for the Full Potential Initiative. She is a well-respected and trusted education sector leader with the local knowledge and relationships to influence positive change. Ms. Caglin is a doctoral candidate at the University of West Indies’ School of Education. Her research focuses on school leadership for transformational change toward equitable and inclusive education.

Dr. Wright is a Research Fellow at the Balsillie School of International Affairs (Waterloo, Canada). She specializes in public sector innovation and previously oversaw large scale transformative policy research and innovation initiatives as a Senior Research Analyst with the Government of Ontario. She supports CILL as an Innovation Specialist, providing professional development and innovation coaching for education stakeholders, and Evaluation Lead, leading the design and execution of research and evaluation activities.
