The Caribbean Education Innovation Forum, hosted in Saint Lucia March 6-7, 2023, was attended by administrators, school leaders, and teachers from Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, Anguilla and Antigua and Barbuda.  Building from our initial research on a model of innovation in the education sector, the sessions described the roles and activities of teachers, principals and administrators with an education innovation system and discussed opportunities and barriers for applying the innovation approach. In their feedback about the conference, country participants indicated an appreciation for the invitation to learn about the innovation system model and enthusiasm for implementing innovation processes in their own work.

The relationships developed during the Forum were critical to the development of the Full Potential initiative and a successful application for external funding support.
